Ketchup, Mayo, Mustard-Union Island
Did you know that the ketchup, the mustard and the mayo you are using contains vinegar? Vinegar contains acetic acid which kills cells in the frontal lobe of the brain, also damages the liver, since it is a fermented product. That also goes for the so called Organic apple cider vinegar. In our cooking classes we teach you how to make these products without the vinegar. Also be careful with the mayo in the market, they contain eggs and some times the rotten ones.
